Quote only... A one hour repair with no parts = $109 per hour, but $125 out the door with garage use fees etc., and only if I pay with cash. Really!? I hate places that charge garage use and other fees, after a significant profit is already in the price. And only if you pay cash!... (IRS, take notice here). I got it done at a smaller, (ethical) neighborhood garage for $45.

Both problems resolved and smooth sailing!! Chris is the owner and is low-key, straightforward and does great work. I do maintain my vehicles, but if it is out of my expertise, then Aces is the place I will bring my cars for service. The approx total cost for the Explorer repair was $450, and the I35 was $530. I priced the repair at the Infiniti dealer and the part alone was $842 and another $200 to install, so I am quite pleased that I got both vehicles repaired for less than what I would have paid to the dealer just for the Infiniti repair.

These guys are GREAT! They really know what they're doing, are very friendly and replaced this power steering pump for a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge us. I'll use them in the future!

The guys at Aces are great. They do a quick job but do it with accuracy. There is a small waiting room where complimentary coffee is provided. I take both my motorcycle and Kia to Aces for all my maintenance and repairs. They do a great job every time!

ACE (BOBBY KEESER) HAS LOOKED AFTER MY WIFE'S VEHICLE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK, VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND VERY REASONABLE. HE HAS DONE A NUMBER OF THINGS OVER THE YEARS AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM.

They are real good. They do good work and all is well. I have no issues with them up to this point.

They came recommended. They've done good work for us so far. We've had no complaints so far.

After my fiasco with Tire Kingdom, I went to this place based on a friend's recommendation. I called them and they gave me an appointment pretty quickly. I told them of my complaint (high pitched whistle on acceleration) and also got a state inspection. When it came time to look at the car, the mechanic came out and wanted to make sure he was hearing the same thing I was. Fortunately he heard what I heard. After diagnosing the problem, they came out and told me how long it would take, how much it would cost, and that I had the option of bringing it back or they could make the repairs on the same day. I opted to go ahead and have the repairs done because I was going out of town the next day. The repairs took slightly longer than expected, and they apologized and explained why the repair took as long as it did. I would rather have the repair done correctly and take a little longer than to have my car in the shop 3 days due to a rush job which they did.
They were very upfront with the cost of parts, time of labor, and cost. Even better, they called me back today (5/10/12) to make sure I was satisfied with my repairs.
In conclusion, I will be returning to this place for routine maintenance and any necessary repairs.

They seem pretty honest and have reasonable rates. I entrusted them once when I took it in to have my brakes looked at, they said they'd call me with an estimate and I told them just to do whatever need to be done. They could have done anything and all it needed was $35 adjustment. They've been pretty trustworthy. They are the kind of guys you can tell them to fix it, leave a check and so far I've seen no indication they'd take advantage of you.

I've got a lot of business with that guy so he helps me out a little here and there. He is very honest and just does good work.
