Rob, the owner, did a great job fitting me in quickly.  He was very friendly, and made the front of my house look like new.  I'm getting ready to sell my house, and this really helped the curb appeal.  He was also very helpful with referrals for other work I may get done to the house.  I would recommend him to anyone trying to sell their house, or trying to clean up after years of bad weather.  You don't realize how dirty it is until someone does a good job cleaning it.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW OF 7-8-13: After learning of my dissatisfaction, the company contacted me. They wanted to make things right. Making things right for a customer will resolve a complaint. Going above and beyond will ensure the customer returns again and again.I experienced the latter. They worked me in an unbelievably quick manner and Bob did a fantastic job. Although our house was not particularly dirty, the cleaning was still very obvious. The house and concrete look so much better. Due to the company's responsiveness to my concerns and the wonderful job that they did, I will definitely use them again. I would also encourage others to do the same.

Robert showed up today and we talked through what was needed.
He did a great job on the fascia and soffit of my house. Considering I've lived here 7 years and this was the first time they'd been cleaned, I was VERY happy with the results. I also had him power wash the driveway. There was a good bit of dirt build-up on the pavement from the pollen and such washing down through the downspouts and onto the driveway. He was able to get it up and the place is looking great! I will definitely use him again.
The only reason I gave a B for punctuality was that they weren't able to tell me when they would be here today. They did come on the day we'd setup, it would have just been A-worthy service if I could have known they were coming in the afternoon as opposed to the morning.
