Punctual and courteous service. Calls ahead about a week before appointment due to make an appointment and will call if late or can't make it. I don't have to worry about when it's due. We've been using Stone's for a few years now and still very pleased with the service.

Exterminator was able to come day after call to provide a quote, and came on time to provide service. Price was as quoted and seemed very competative. Was knowledgeable about products and service and provided us with product information. Was friendly and professional. Would definately use again.

Called this company at 9:30 am and was just going to make an appointment for the next week. To my surprise, he said he would come out the same day! Was told they would be here between 2 and 2:30 pm. He arrived at 2:10 pm. He explained all the services that were available and explained them all in detail. Once we agreed on the service and terms, he went right to work. Very professional, great attitude, and worked quickly to get the job done. Once the job was complete, he once again went over the service in detail, completed all paperwork, and thanked me for my business.
