Stay away. While I thought he did good work, once a problem arose after he was done, he doesn't return calls, fails to follow up and won’t fix issues. Very quick to add additional charges from his estimate but useless for rectifying issues. Literally 20 calls and numerous emails go unanswered. Not a way to run a business.

We hired Youngblood to install a stamped concrete patio, and from the start we had issues with communication with the company. We were told that a crew would drop off some materials the night prior to the job, but nobody came and nothing was communicated to us about the no-show. After the patio was installed, a crew came to color it but left without providing any instructions as to how long to wait to use the patio or regarding general upkeep. The contract for the job stated that a load of gravel and sand would be installed before the concrete was poured, but we were home all day and the crew did not install any gravel or sand. Nothing was mentioned to us by Youngblood, and I had to call to inquire about this. Wrye, the owner, told me that they hadn't needed the gravel and sand, which he said were going to be used for leveling, and he would refund me for that portion of the bill. A quick Google search after the fact informed me that gravel and sand are used mainly for drainage and to prevent erosion, not for leveling. We were then worried about the long-term integrity of the patio, and sure enough, two months after the patio was poured, it developed a crack halfway along its width. This just reinforced what we suspected about the missing gravel and sand. I have now emailed Wrye and left him two voicemails over the course of three weeks in an attempt to talk about this crack, but I have heard nothing from him. In short, Youngblood did a very poor job with communication before, during, and after the job, and they have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and ethics. We now have a brand-new patio with a long crack in it. If you're looking to have a patio poured, look elsewhere.

Mr. Ricardo, the owner of the company is a highly responsible and responsive person. All communication was easily accomplished via email, phone and text. He always showed up with his crew on time and ready. After job was finished, some of the paint began to peel. Mr. Ricardo came back and redid that section of the patio. When peeling occurred again, not only did Mr. Ricardo and team come back to finish the job, they brought out a rep. from Sherwin Williams who examined the surface and provided two gallons of fresh paint. Amazing! Mr. Ricardo is an excellent craftsman as are the members of his team. He really stands by his team's work. Very happy with this vendor. You will be too, if you use him. Highly professional and courteous and unequivocally stands by his work.

Initial work was fine but areas needed to be patched up cracks sealed. Once payment was made almost 2 months ago have never heard a word from them again after multiple attempts to contact.

Youngblood’s did a fantastic job! I was very pleased with the results. Stain mixing is an art and they were spot on blending and coordinating with the foundation brick colors. Wrye’s crew, Matt and Chad were extremely courteous and clearly took pride in the high quality of their work. They even helped move larger pieces of furniture back in place when the job was done! Wrye and Candace were a pleasure to work with through the estimate and scheduling process - very customer friendly and promptly returned any calls or questions I had. All around, I would hire these folks again in a heartbeat!

Great, they are very professional and did a fantastic job. It looks really really nice and I think they knew what they are doing. I feel like they are taking my best interest in mine. The price was very expensive.
