I HAD AN OLD,UNUSED SECURITY SYSTEM IN MY HOME SO WE WERE HOPING TO JUST USE THE CURRENT WIRING TO UPDATE THE SYSTEM. THE FIRST INSTALLER WAS UNABLE TO HELP, BUT A CALL BACK TO THE SALESMAN RESULTED IN A MANAGER COMING OUT, WHO WAS ABLE TO PERFORM THE NEEDED WORK.
