Plumbing
DICK HAD TO GO INTO MY CRAWL SPACE AND REDO ALL THE PLUMBING. HE ALSO HAD TO REMOVE OUR LOWER TOILET AND FOUND A CRACK THAT WAS CAUSING LEAKING INTO OUR CRAWL SPACE. HE WAS SO THOROUGH THAT HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF I HAD DONE ANY WASH YET TO MAKE SURE THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. DICK HAS SUPERVISED HUGE CONSTRUCTION SITES OF 200 PLUMBERS AND RETAINS A CERTIFICATION OF A MASTER PLUMBER WHICH HE UPDATES WITH COURSES ANNUALLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
