This was awful.
We called them to schedule a removal, and on they were very accommodating and courteous over the phone.  Getting them to schedule a day to come out was incredibly easy - this is where the good news ends.
They came by when we were not at the property to assess the situation and fill up a first truck for disposal.  We got a call later that day saying it would cost us 4 full trucks to remove everything from the house.  Suspicious about this bid, we went by the home that evening to see what had been removed.  It was hard to tell that anyone had been in the home.  They removed a desk and a sofa - no where near what were would expect from a "full truck" removal.
We called back that night demanding an explanation.  We told them that not only was there no way that a full truck had been removed, but that we no longer believed their assessment of 4 loads.  We agreed to pay for two full trucks, and demanded pictures proving that the truck was full upon their departure each time - we also told the owner that we would not pay for the truck that had already come by.  He agreed to this, so we agreed to give him the business for two more trucks.
We felt good about it when we received photos of the two full loads being removed.  And then we received a phone call that they driver ran over our front gate - pulling it out of the ground.  Rather than deal with the back and forth, we asked them to please pick up one more truck to "pay" for the gate they damaged and said we'd call it even. 
That night, when we went to check on the house again, it was the most unprofessional mess we had ever seen, and much more was damaged than the gate.  There were holes in the drywall, the attic door was completely pulled off the ceiling and missing, there was glass all over the floor and TV's turned face down in the hallway.  It looked like they picked through the items we asked them to throw out and decided which pieces they felt like taking, while just haphazardly throwing the others around the house.
We left a poor review on their site and never so much as received a phone call.  I would NEVER recommend that anyone use this company.  I know that they subcontract, but they are clearly not holding their employees up to a very high standard of respecting peoples homes. 
Needless to say - we will be finishing this job ourselves.

Got Junk was incredibly professional, prompt, and efficient. We really appreciate the service they provide. The men who came to our house were very polite and friendly. They were respectful of our home as well. They don't take paint and were a little expensive, but otherwise great. It's difficult for people without trucks to get rid of big items and this service is very helpful.

It went well. They arrived a little late due to traffic, but had called first to let us know. They quickly assessed how much they would charge and then went to work cutting up the brush and putting in the truck. They took about 30-45 minutes.

I booked online which worked very smoothly. I received an e-mail confirmation and they called soon after to confirm the appointment. They arrived about an hour later than they said they would, but called en route to explain that they were stuck in traffic. Given the location and time of day, it was quite likely true. When they arrived, they were professional and had a great truck for the job. They explained that the rate structure was based solely on the volume of junk and got right to work. Worked very quickly, did a great job, and even swept up my garage where the junk was located when they were done. At the end they deemed it 3/4 full which was definitely rounding up. 2/3 would have been more accurate, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Overall the service was quite good, but I thought the price was somewhat excessive. Next time I might consider a company unaffiliated with a franchise for cheaper service.

Superb interactions and dedication to service and completion of services as contracted. Extremely honest and fair. Job completed in time frame as promised. Would contract again in the future.

I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR SERVICE. I GOT A QUICK RESPONSE FROM JIM AND TOLD BE THEY COULD DO THE RIGHT AWAY. JIM AND SOME HELPERS CAME THE NEXT DAY. THEY DID SUCH A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL MEMBERS.

JIM AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE EXCELLENT! VERY PROFESSIONAL - REMOVED EVERYTHING QUICKLY AND SWEPT UP THE GARAGE AFTERWARD. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!
