I called this company after another company referred me to them because they did not do this type of work. They returned my call promptly, and came by within an hour or two to pick up the rug, which they promised to return the following week (this was in late October). After repeated phone calls, most ow which were not returned, I did receive two calls promising to return the rug "first thing in the morning." This happened several times, and they stopped returning my calls. The first week in December, after calling every day for two weeks, I got a call saying they had left me a message about delivery (they had not) and promising to deliver the rug on Monday, December 4. I waited all day, with no results. I called again on my home phone and got their voice mail (caller id?). When I tried again on my son's cell phone, Tom answered immediately, and promised to deliver the rug within a half hour. About one and a half hours later, my rug appeared. It had been cleaned. No apology.
