So, they give free service for people who bought a car with them, but it's good service. Then, there are some things they recommend do this, do that. I'll keep using them.

They just always do what they say they are going to do. How long I want wait depends on the service, but it is usually an hour or less. Their waiting room is fantastic.

The price is free because of the warranty. They always do a great job. I have probably been with them for about six years.

They do a good job. They’re just efficient, they respect our time. They get us in and out of there and wash the car for free. When you buy a car from them you get a free oil change and car wash for life.

Their service department is really good. They are very helpful. They do a good job. I wouldn't buy another car from them but I don't care for their sales people.

Since I have done so much work through them they offered me life time free oil changes. They are very personable.

We purchased a car from this dealership in 2011 and it was a great experience. This time was a totally different experience. We informed our salesperson that we only had 2-3 hours to make the deal because we only had a babysitter for a few hours. We came in knowing exactly what car we wanted, a car that was listed in stock on their website and via the information that had been emailed to me. After about 30 minutes the salesman informed us that they did not actually have the car we wanted, so he began the song and dance of what other cars they could offer....all more expensive than the one we were interested in, but he told us that they would "work with us" on the price of the upgraded car. Long story short....when the "offer" came back for my car, a car they had sold us just two years earlier, it was a JOKE! It was almost 4k less than what Edmunds and KBB quoted. Also, the price of their car was so inflated that our car payment would have been almost $200 a month more than we were planning on paying. By the time they finally gave us this awesome offer, 2 hours had passed. As we got up to leave, the manager came over - didn't attempt to give us a better offer for our trade or decrease the cost of the car. Instead, he tried to convince us that bumping our payments out for 7-8 years would give us the payment we were looking for. As if that made up for the fact that they were cheating us on our pristine trade-in and overcharging us on the new car, a car we didn't even come there to purchase as they didn't even have what we came there for! Needless to say we left. After we left, we worked out a few more hours with the babysitter and headed down to Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. Got 3k more for my trade in, a better price on the car we actually wanted to purchase, and had an overall good experience. We will never recommend Priority Honda to anyone again....obviously repeat customers are NOT a priority to them.

Our car wouldn't start so we had to have it towed to the dealer. They determined we needed a new starter. The price was originally much higher than we ended up paying. When we got the estimate we called our local mechanic for a price quote. Our mechanic came in about 100$ less than Hook Tire. When we advised Hook Tire of this they were willing to match the price. We stayed with them so we wouldn't have to have our car towed to a 2nd location. I am always a little weary of dealerships working on our car but was pleased that they were willing to price match.

The newer Hondas utilize the on board computer for alerting to oil changes. We try to always take it in when Oil gague reaches 10%. With our other car, we get service done based on mileage.
With our CR-V the Oil gauge hit 10% in late April and we were around 40,000 miles. Without the gauge I probably would've waited another 10k miles. We had Honda go ahead with the 40,000-mile service package and that worked out well. They wanted to add a bunch of other services as well and being that it's a dealership the cost is going to be somewhat higher, so we skipped those.
In terms of looking at the car, working on it and getting everything done, Priority does a very good job. The service rep's also do a good job of calling and passing on updates and answering questions. They didn't push the other services after we said no which was nice.
