Super installation! Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. Next time we need an appliance replaced, we know where to go. Mr Deekins is a super salesman.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service. From the moment we entered the store, we were welcomed with open arms. The sales team truly had our best interests at heart. They advised us as far as what products would work best for our family. The manager Bill Pleasant's was beyond helpful- willing to go above and beyond for his customers.
I would highly highly recommend buying any and all appliances from this company.

Went into the store and placed an order for a Jenn-Air microwave. Salesperson (Terry King) indicated that he would call by the end of the business day with the expected date of the appliance's arrival (for pick-up). I never received a call. I had to call back two (2) times the next day to get an arrival date.

This is the Huntersville location of Plaza Appliance Mart. The manager, Rob, was excellent. He knew his products well and was a great help. I would definitely deal with him again. However, the quality of the delivery work was not exactly what I expected. The washer was moved into the house with out the tub mounting bolts contrary to Whirlpool written instructions. I found out later that the washer and dryer were not balanced with a level....also contrary to Whirlpool written instructions. It was difficult for me to level these machines myself, but I got it done and they seem to be working fine right now. The delivery people were both pleasant and polite.
