 + -1 moreThe 1 piece never showed up. I had only worn this sweater one time, so it was brand new to me I tried to find out from the store how to at the very least get the agreed upon 10 times the price of the cleaning, which would equal $63.25. This is only a fraction of what the sweater cost. However, no one there will do even that. I tried calling the manager he does not answer the phone. At the store they say only the manager can respond to this.
Description of Work: Used this cleaners for several years. On average I spent $100 or more a month. Took several pieces to them in September, one of them a very expensive sweater. When I picked up the order the ticket was marked, "due 1 piece". I gave them several weeks to try to locate it before I started trying to get the very little bit that according to their conditions, they will pay if they fail to deliver.

 + -1 moreEvery time I drop off or pick up laundry or dry cleaning I can expect good service.
Description of Work: The young man that bought this location last year has done an incredible job of changing the quality and attitude at this cleaners. I had used them in the past and was not always satisfied. They do all the cleaning on site and are always willing to turn things around quickly in an emergency. They have cleaned shirts, suits, ties, dresses, pants, comforters, leather coats and fine linens. They even cleaned my daughters wedding dress and preserved it in a beautiful display box. The best in town!

 + -1 moreSuit was returned with a hole in it. They would not accept any responsibility for it or even meet me half way on anything. I was wrong and they were right. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever seen.
