The 1 piece never showed up. I had only worn this sweater one time, so it was brand new to me I tried to find out from the store how to at the very least get the agreed upon 10 times the price of the cleaning, which would equal $63.25. This is only a fraction of what the sweater cost. However, no one there will do even that. I tried calling the manager he does not answer the phone. At the store they say only the manager can respond to this.

Every time I drop off or pick up laundry or dry cleaning I can expect good service.

Suit was returned with a hole in it. They would not accept any responsibility for it or even meet me half way on anything. I was wrong and they were right. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever seen.
