Billy was available earlier than originally scheduled so after asking me he arrived at the new earlier time. Billy was very professional and assessed the areas to be cleaned. He first cleaned and deodorized our sectional sofa. They now look brighter and smell fresh and clean. He cleaned all of our carpet upstairs including 5 rooms, a hallway and a staircase. The two year old carpet now looks as good as new again. We also had two wool rugs cleaned and both look much better. There were a couple of difficult stains that didn't come out all the way but that is to be expected with wool. This is the second time we've used Billy and Oxymagic. We will definitely be using them again in the next year or two. Be sure to listen to Billy's tips on cleaning your flooring because even what you use to clean your hardwoods could be staining your carpets. Thanks Billy!

Was very disappointed in the quality of work. Very friendly people but it felt like the furniture just got a thorough vacuuming. My expectations of a deep cleaning of course were not met. The bench at our kitchen table was not cleaned either properly or enough. When I was able, I tried to spot clean some of the left over blemishes when technician left and was able to get them out. This showed me their technique was not as effective as I had hoped.

I happened to be in a bind to get a room done quickly and they worked with my schedule to accommodate my need. I prefer to use owner run businesses rather than large chain businesses. You can definitely tell a difference in communication and service!

They did a very nice job. We had major work done in our bedroom and they were able to get all of the residual mess out of the carpet. Process left the carpeting relatively dry.

My beige berber carpet didn't have stains, so i can't speak to the stain-removal aspect of the service...but the cat odor from the previous owners has been making me gag. I was so hopeful that paying $240 for a "really good professional clean" would do the trick, but unfortunately it smells exactly the same. The guy squirted a few little squirts of "deodorizer" from a spray bottle after running the machine. By the looks of the contents of the machine, there was quite a bit of cat hair and gunk pulled from the carpet, so hopefully we are breathing cleaner air because of it. But even after washing and painting all the baseboards and walls, the smell is still there. I'm honestly pretty bummed.

Billy was punctual and he called when he was on his way. He was professional and friendly. He explained reasons for dustiness (type of carpeting that is in the house). He was informative on what he found in the carpeting. When he left, the carpeting looked good, smelled fresh and it was not "wet."

The guy first came during the summertime, and he did a really good job. I was impressed. The second time he came out, there were spots. I am not sure if he couldn't get to them, but I think he could have done a better job with the spots. The first time the downstairs carpet looked almost new. This time I think he was rushing. I think he said he was tired. It was not the best quality job. He talked too much about personal stuff, and I didn't want to hear all that stuff.

They were not able to get out one pet stain. I decided to use my home carpet cleaner to try to work on the spot more. I was surprised how much dirt came up in my home cleaner, obviously showing their process really just removed the surface dirt. My carpet manufacturer does recommend steam cleaning despite what this service wants to tell you. I would choose to have my carpets steam cleaned in the future.

It was for 3 rooms. I like the way they clean the carpets. It doesn't get all soaked up, you can walk on it in a couple of hours. They are professional.
I probably won't be using them for quite some time because I am just getting new carpeting and hopefully I won't need anybody for a while but I would use them if I needed it.
