I've used them a couple times. They first came last November and installed a sump pump I had purchased. They sent different people out and realized the float was sticking. I spoke with the owner who was very kind and understanding. The workers are always prompt, punctual and professional arriving within an hour. They did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

They sent two guys who were very nice and tackled the job very quickly. One of the guys went above and beyond and disconnected outdoor hoses due to the cold for me.

He got there and finished unclogging the sink before the first hour. He mentioned that our water pressure was high and asked if we wanted him to investigate it. This is something we had put off fixing since plumbers are expensive, and we have a newborn. He got that fixed within a half an hour as well! The total cost was as much or less than most other plumbing companies had quoted for just the pressure reducing valve, and he was so helpful, efficient, and nice! His condensed visit is going to save us so much money in the long-run with less water going through our pipes and less hot water being used, this was such a relief!

No issues at all since they did the repair. They were even able to save the Japanese maple tree that was near the break/excavation area. Very good experience with them and will use them for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

I called them out of the blue about a semi-emergency and they came through. When I called they said they would have to see and call me back. Before I had a chance to look up anyone else they returned my call. They told me someone would be on their way. They came, they saw, and they...fixed it. Everything was good as new within 45 mins. from my call to them. Cost was $137, the price of a service call and 1 new spigot.

Whenever we Backwashed the pool filter water would back up into the kitchen sink. Oddly, their were no issues with drainage from the kitchen sink or dishwasher. I happened to be home the Friday before the Memorial Day holiday so I really did not think we would find someone available to come out, however, as busy as they were they found a team of two to come out by 1pm - I was pleasantly surprised. After a quick survey of the problem, I was informed that the waste pipe from the pool that was installed prior to our home purchase, is not supposed to be connected to the city sewer. So it was no shock when they found heavily compacted sand when they snaked the drain clear. They also cut & capped the pool waste drain which I will reroute from the pool filter. North Mecklenburg Plumbing fit me in their busy schedule on the one day I was off; they were on-time, courteous & resolved the issue. Job well done NMP!! Angie's List pays off again!

No problems at all. I was very nervous about the job and Robbie was great, extremely patient. It is clear that he knows everything about plumbing. He offered a lot of helpful advice that we followed. Really can't say enough about how professional and great Robbie is at his job. Everyone else I spoke to at the company was very nice too. I highly recommend hiring North Meck Plumbing.

They are good. We had a thing that they were supposed to have fixed and they didn't get it fixed. There was a problem with the part. They had just gotten a defective part so he had a spare one with him, he changed it out and we are not having any problems. They didn't charge me for the call or anything else. They are our plumbers and they are the best around.

Would use them again. Called at 2:00 with a hot water heater issue. They were finishing a job and were in the area so they came within the hour. Replaced heating elements and thermostats, my decision to replace all of them. Within the hour the job was complete.

"I believe there may be a mistake including a keying entry. On Nov 21, 2011 we reconnected a kitchen sink & checked on running a new gas line to a stove. On Nov 22, 2011 we reconnected a vessel sink in the hallway, including providing a drain, & checked the water pressure which was 55 psi. PM&C ran the gas line for the stove & this was included in the total as noted on the invoice. The total was $1130.86. That was the extent of our work."

They got the job done in 2 days with inspection. It was typical cleanup and I had to do some work to get my lawn back to shape. They sent 3 people out to do the job.
