Absolutely can not recommend after the sub par experience followed by a truly disgusting interaction with him afterwards. After having issues getting in touch with him at all I was finally able to get him to come out to look at our mailbox for repair. He comes, takes the item to work on. There were rain delays on getting the item installed, I paid him 1/2 the total in the meantime. Every time I attempted to contact him it would be a delayed response, another excuse as to why we had to move it another day. Finally we agreed on an early time to allow it to be set before the mail was delivered that day He does not show w/in the timeframe we agreed upon or contact me. After having been generally courteous throughout the process I do not appreciate another day of being ignored so I begin to text him every 30 minutes in hopes of a response, it is only when my husband calls him that he responds and days he will be there in an hr. He also lies and tells my husband he didn't respond to my messages because he didn't recognize the number even though he had called and text the number already. He comes, installs the item and leave, we have no interaction with him as I think we were all annoyed with the situation at the point. He calls and offers a discount, I ask for more as I am mad that he flat out lied to my husband over the phone. We agree on a number and after speaking with my husband and cooling down I send him slightly more than that number but still less than the original total. He sent me a text message calling me an A**, a S**t mentioning only the portion of the conversation that said he would come, not what time as well as calling me an atheist because we had originally talked about a Sunday install and since he never told me he didn't work Sundays I was supposed to magically known his religious affiliation and assume as such. Had he not wanted to work on Sunday for that reason I would not have cared, plenty of church going people work on Sundays, I don't assume anyone's personal work preferences. He also admitted he saw my message but intentionally didn't respond because he was annoyed with me. As someone who worked in customer service for decades plenty of rude/obnoxious customers have crossed my path and if you really hate someone that much, simply don't work with them anymore. Sending unnecessary nasty messages to make yourself feel like you won is grossly inappropriate behavior and not someone I would ever want near my home again. Do not waste your time, there are plenty of other people in the area who won't cuss you out if they don't get everything their way. *I will not be responding to any messages posted to the review as I want no contact with this person or company
