Steve was friendly, professional, and did a great job. He was in and out in about an hour. Stains that were set deep in the carpet are now gone, and the house looks great. We will use him again.

I've used Steve many times over the past 4 years.  He always shows up on time.  Is reasonably priced and does a good job.  Very pleased with his work.  I would definitely recommend Lillard's.

They arrived at the time scheduled after a call ahead.  They reviewed the layout and got to work.  Were never underfoot, were quiet and efficient.  Most importantly, they did not over-wet the carpet as the previous company did.  Highly recommend.

Not only did the service provider arrive early but he also set up all equipment in a timely manner and completed the job quickly.  We had originally thought that the area rugs would have to be taken back to the dealer's shop and laundered there but the rep was able to shampoo them right at our home with no watery mess at all.  We were very pleased.  The carpets look great and smell fresh and clean.  Also, the price was exceptional.  We would definitely have them back to clean our rugs.  The service was great.

This is the third time I've used  Lillard's and I've been happy with the service every time. He was punctual, polite, responsive for both the pick up and return of my rugs.  I would use him again.

He did a good job of cleaning and wrapping which still allowed the rug to breath. He was able to work with us on pick up and delivery dates; i.e. Saturdays. Pickup/delivery was built into what I thought was a very reasonable price to begin with. (Rugs are heavy and awkward to work with, I would not have wanted to take them to somebody/someplace, so the pickup/delivery was a very important added value.) It went well enough that we gave him a second rug to clean/wrap when he brought back the first. I can't speak to timeliness or punctuality in that we requested that he take his time -- we're putting these into storage after all. I can't imagine that you'd want to rush a rug cleaning, but I can't speak to timeliness one way or the other. He did what we had asked while working with our schedules, within our timelines.

Excellent customer service. Initial phone call was promptly returned and was able to schedule the work within a few days. I received quote over the phone and the owner and technician arrived exactly as scheduled. While I moved some small pieces of furniture before they arrived, they moved heavier pieces such as couch, chairs and kitchen table, as needed to perform the cleaning. Beds did not need to be moved, they were able to clean under the beds. A few pet stains were permanently removed and the rugs were returned on the day promised.

see above....Bubbles, streaks and clumps remained visible so he came back and tried to restrip and reseal,...but the fresh clear coat did not all come off before he resealed it again. It still has some of the residue left and not at all what I had hoped would happen.

Excellent service from start to finish. We were getting ready to move into the house and wanted someone to make the carpets look great, and Lillard's did a great job! We had 8 rooms, hallways and 2 sets of carpeted stairs cleaned. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to get alot of carpet cleaned for a great deal. The other places charge so much more for each extra area, etc. I will use again in the future.

He is nice and friendly. The work went well and the carpet came clean.

He is fast, and he does a great job. He totally transforms the carpet. He is very reliable. If he has to meet me at my houses at 8 o?clock on a Saturday, he shows up at 8 o?clock. We are going to close on a house in a month, and he will be the carpet guy for sure. We will continue to use him in the future for carpet cleaning.

He is wonderful! It was a really good experience with Lillard Carpet and Rug. He came when he said he would. He did what he said he was going to do. We have a perpetual problem with our shower, and the caulking cracked that he put in. He came back two weeks later and fixed it again.

I absolutely adore the serviceman he is fabulous. I liked that he cleaned the fourth bedroom at no cost to me. He is very accommodating and is an all around good guy. His pricing is extremely reasonable. I would use him again in the future.

Steve was very professional. My call was returned within a few hours of leaving a message & we scheduled a time for him to come by & provide an estimate for the work. He arrived when he said he would. He explained how they clean area carpets. He looked at the rug repair I needed & determined that he could do it. He provided me with an estimate of the cost & the amount of time it would take. He took all three rugs that afternoon. The cost was exactly what he said it would be. The work was completed in the agreed-upon time frame. We made an appointment for him to return them to our home & he showed up when he said he would to return them.

He was a very nice guy to deal with. He is a very personable person. He did a good job. He was pleasant to have in our home. He gave me a nice reminder that I could get a discount if I hired him again as a repeat customer.

Well, he did a very good job. While he was here, he treated me very well and was very professional in his work. The job looks great and I'm very happy with it. He went out of his way to do it in the time frame that I needed.

He delivered the carpet and placed it on my back porch out of the weather since I was not home. Very nice man, personable and professional. He even sent a post card after the service to thank me for the business.

Great. Mr Lillard quoted us a price and stuck to the price. He did a quality job on our carpets and we have and will continue to refer him to our friends.
