When I presented the question the person on the phone she was very honest with me and told me that she didn't have any experience with the subject I was concerned about. But gave me her general opinion. The person was very polite and professional, and I have no doubt that if I were to need an appraiser in the near future I would contact this company again.
Description of Work: I was looking for some answers regarding a home improvement and what impact it would have on the value of my home. I did get the answer I needed.

Description of Work: I have had many home appraisals in the past, but this was a fantastic experience. The appraiser called 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm, and began the process by asking us about our home. She was very attentive as we explained the features of our home, plus the upgrades added after construction was complete. Her questions were insightful and she truly listened as we responded. We have appraisers in the past that did not really want to interact with us and seemed to be going through the motions, but not this one. Would highly recommend them.
