LEE LIGHTING

I found only one light I liked that was at a reasonable price and the clerk checked to see if a second could be arranged. Yes! Awaited a week to have a phone call telling me the second light had arrived, was damaged, and asked me to return the first light if only one was not agreeable (uh, was not, a pair of outdoor entry lights generally requires a pair, not one). This was disappointing to say the least but when asked by the sales clerk to RETURN the light, a two hour trip for me plus the 40 miles of annoyance, I found this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She even asked if we had already installed the light as it needed to be returned. The sales clerk's attitude was most unpleasant and not helpful especially when as she commented, "what do you expect me to do about it?". I expect them to arrange a pickup, not ask a customer to spend two hours and the inconvenience to return an item when they were unable to provide the promised item. Not the sort of experience one expects at a high end business. A check at Lee Lighting website shows this light to be available. Another lack of credibility.
