John seems to be a perfectionist about his work and isn't happy about it unless it is done right.  He was able to slide the flooring right under the dishwasher by just adjusting the dishwasher legs.  That was helpful in that we didn't need to hire a plumber to come disconnect the dishwasher and reconnect again when the job was completed.  He moved the oven himself and only had to reinstall the leg guides on the back wall at a higher level due to the depth difference once the laminate was laid down.  He moved the refrigerator and plugged it immediately into another socket so my food stayed nice and cold while he worked in that area and then moved it back in place once again.  He put nice finishing touches on the quarter round which I doubt a lot of contractors would bother to do and
installed the thresholds beautifully.  My husband and I were totally pleased with his work and will call upon him again for any of our future flooring jobs as well as recommend him to family and friends.
