 + -1 moreMona Kita is an awesome person. I have known her for many years through church, as she has volunteered her services in helping repair homes for people who can't afford to do that themselves. This was the first time that I used her services for home repairs. She gave us a clear proposal of work and was prompt in completing the various jobs. Her prices were very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. She also let us know what she was not comfortable doing (e.g. fixing a leak from our master bath), and gave us a good referral for a plumber. I would highly recommend her services.
Description of Work: Mona installed our front shutters on the house, repaired some exterior lights, tightened a kitchen ceiling fan box by adding a new brace, cut the laundry doors to fit and re-installed them with new floor hardware, replaced over a dozen crawl space vents, checked our window sills and repaired two of them, and replaced the dryer vent that went under the floor to the outside.
