THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY GAVE US SUGGESTIONS FOR WAYS TO FIX THE FAUCET WITHOUT TOO MUCH EXPENSE. THEY ALSO REBUILT WHAT THEY COULD SO THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO BREAK THROUGH ANY TILE. KEITH SMITH AND MALCOLM WERE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KIND PEOPLE.

THEY BROKE ONE OF THE FAUCETS IN THE BATHROOM, THEY ACTUALLY BROKE THE STEM OFF. THEY RIGGED IT SO THAT I COULDNT TELL THAT IT WASNT WORKING PROPERLY, SO WHEN I WENT TO USE IT, IT CAME RIGHT OFF. I CALLED THE OWNER AND TOLD HIM ABOUT IT AND HE SAID HIS MEN SAID IT WAS WORKING WHEN THEY LEFT AND THAT WAS IT. THEY DID COME BACK OUT TO FIX IT, BUT IT COST ME ANOTHER $117 TO FIX THAT AFTER I ALREADY PAID $452. WE STILL CANT USE OUR SHOWER.
