Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, he showed and explained the exact problems our system was having and got the work done within just a few minutes. I highly recommend Hornets H/C!

Drew did a thorough check of the A/C system. Explained things to me as he was performing his checks. The A/C needed refrigerant added to be brought to full working order. He was very friendly as well as professional. I appreciated his coming to my house promptly and getting my A/C ready for the summer heat. Very highly recommended.

It went very well...from the quotation for Price (which was $4K less than a big firm (which starts with a B in the Charlotte area) the guys went and got the major parts they needed at noon and had the entire unit replaced within 5 hours. Excellent job, we have good heat again and saved enough money to afford a vacation over the overpriced bloated Big Boys...give the small companies a chance as you get the owner and he's going to care more.
