The chairs were gorgeous! Delivery and pick up was on time and easy (by them). The work was done with great detail and the result was beautiful. I have already contacted Kim to find out how much fabric I need for the next chair that I will have them do.

They finished the work in a week.  They did a great, professional job and the pricing was good with them.

Company gave estimate over the phone after looking at pictures of the chairs that I sent via email. They picked up the chairs, in a matter of days, after I purchased my fabric. The chairs were finished and back to me within 10 days. Great job.

Overall, the experience went very well. One thing that I really liked about them was that I wasn't required to purchase the fabric from them. Because of that, I was able to go to an outlet fabric store, which saved me a lot of money. High Point Upholstery just charged for the labor at a very reasonable price. The work was excellent.

Over 5 1/2 years, we have had five pieces of furniture recovered by Dallas and Kim at High Point Upholstery. Each time we were impressed with the quality of work, the very reasonable price, and the punctuality of the completion time of their work. We still have everyone of the pieces that High Point recovered for us, and in a few years when we get "tired" of the decor' of the room we will have Dallas and Kim recover those pieces again. These are fine, professional, christian people caring about the "detail" of each piece of work, and they always ask if everthing is to our satisfaction with a follow-up call. I would not go anywhere else in the Charlotte area for upholstery work but High Point Upholstery!

KIMBERLY AND DALLAS, WITH HIGH POINT, WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND CALLED TO KEEP ME UPDATED OF THE SCHEDULE. THE TURN AROUND TO GET ON THE PICK-UP SCHEDULE WAS QUICK. THEY RE-COVERED THE CHAIR FLAWLESSLY, IN LESS THAN A WEEK AND A HALF FROM THE PICK-UP (WHICH INCLUDED THE FOURTH OF JULY HOLIDAY WEEKEND). THE CHAIR LOOKS GREAT. THEY EVEN MADE A COORDINATING THROW PILLOW WITH THE REMAINING FABRIC, WHICH WAS A NICE TOUCH, AND GREATLY APPRECIATED BY ME. I WISH I HAD MORE UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE THAT WAS IN NEED OF THEIR SERVICES, BECAUSE I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

KIMBERLY AND DALLAS PICKED UP THE SOFA AND CHAIR WHEN THEY PROMISED. BOTH OF THEM KEPT US INFORMED ON THE CONDITION OF THE SOFA AND SOME VERY ''NEAT'' IDEAS ABOUT HOW TO MAKE THE PILLOWS REALLY SHOW OFF THE SOFA AND CHAIR. BOTH THE SOFA AND CHAIR WERE COMPLETED IN 5 DAYS AND DELIVERED TO THE HOUSE. WE ARE TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP THAT DALLAS DID ON THE SOFA AND CHAIR AND HOW WELL MADE THE PILLOWS LOOK THAT KIMBERLY MADE. THIS COUPLE IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE CHARLOTTE AREA FOR UPHOLSTERING! WE SAVED A LOT OF MONEY VERSUS BUYING A NEW SOFA, SINCE THE INFRASTRUCTURE WAS SO GOOD ON OUR ORIGINAL SOFA, AND THE PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE BY KIMBERLY AND DALLAS WAS FAR SUPERIOR TO ANY OF THE OTHER UPHOLSTERY PEOPLE WE TALKED TO. YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO TALK TO THESE PEOPLE BEFORE YOU THROW OUT YOUR OLD SOFA OR CHAIRS. THEY ARE THAT GOOD!
