It was 6 am and I was certain my heat wasn't working. I called several places but none answered and Gunters did. I explained that my heat wasn't working and he asked a few questions and indicated he would stop by on his way to another job. He arrived quickly and fixed the problem.

It went very well. Mr Gunter is a very honest man. He did what needed to be done. He could have charged us for a compressor or a condenser as the other repairmen tried to, but, he didn't. He charged us $275. instead of $2100-$2200. as the other wanted.I highly recommend him to anyone who needs service and wants an honest repairman that they can trust. He has a lot of Integrity and pride in the work he does. This is hard to find today.

My A/C went out at around 10pm on a Saturday night when I was home alone with my 2 month old daughter. I called a service to get me in touch with a 24/7 AC repair shop. They connected me with Gunters. The owner called me within 15 minutes and was at my house in 45. They got my A/C working that night and informed me that they needed to order a part to fix the problem permanently. They did not charge me to come out off hours and they would not take any money until they came back a week later and installed the broken part. The were professional, courteous, timely, and extremley fair priced.

They showed up when they said they were going to to. They did good work. They are very prompt and reliable. They were able to answer all of my questions. They also explained how they were going to put in both units.
