Initially, it took a week or so to get a call back to schedule someone to come out and get estimate. But we were not in a time crunch. It was worth the wait. We were very happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of Chad and the window looks great. Very easy to work with.

We did not use Glass and Mirror Unlimited to repair our windows this time but we will definitely use this company next time. Chad, who provided us with an estimate to repair two windows, was extremely professional and very informative about the repairs. In addition to his professionalism and knowledge, the estimate provided was significantly less than the other estimates that I received. I will definitely use Glass and Mirror Unlimited in the future!
