Amazing result! Luke did work for us two years ago in our backyard. We have been so please with it that we asked him to come back and give us a plan to redesign the front. It looks beautiful!!! I like their punctuality and the quality of their work. They do what they say they would do. If I had any problems, they fix it.

Thank goodness for Garden Grove they completed a job another contractor just would not come back to do additional work and believe me I tried for 3 months.

The amazing part of this whole experience is you would never know the entire job was not done by the same company, thats just how good Garden Grove was in matching and completing the job. Would never hesitate to recommend them.

They are convenient and prices good, they loaded it up as well. They let me come back over several days to get all of it. They are also locally owned.

Worked with project designer (John) who was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. Once the project was started, the crew made it clear that they did not "like" John and the project went downhill from there. It took longer then anticipated, beds surrounding pond were left unfinished. Within a year, several of the landscape lights that were installed proved defective and the UV light inside the pond stopped working. When I called Garden Grove, it took weeks and several phone calls before anyone would call me back. I was then told John was no longer with the company and that the work was not warranted. The new project manager stated they were not lighting experts and suggested I call another company that specialized in landscape lighting. After much discussion, they finally agreed to replace one of the 14 lights they installed. After that, they completely washed their hands of the matter, repeatedly referring to the fact that "John is no longer here". Despite my argument that "John represented Garden Grove", they have refused to correct any of the issues related to the pond installation. So...less than 2 years after the pond was installed, I have incurred significant out of pocket $$ to replace a new UV system and now the motor is making a loud grinding sound indicating it is about to fail. The folks at Garden Grove could use a crash course on customer service and follow through. They do not back their work. I absolutely will not use them again.

After 15 years of good service and a good product to now poor service, lack of response and not even a "go to heck" call. I now go to John Deere at the new I-77 exit #31 and find all my plants not only are they cheaper but the people are much friendlier.

They arrive at 7:30 am on 11/6/2009 with a crew of 3 they remove all the old shrubs and trees brought in new shrubs, trees, top soil and mulch then they started to plant and we said wait that is not what we wanted, John was called in and he worked with us and we rearranged the plants from our original drawings and some plants had to be replanted. During this entire time John and his worker were at all time very professional and never grunted about us changing our minds in the middle of the project. That is a great bunch of guys! The project took 2 days as john said and was finished with all the work completed and of the 12 Indian Hawthorn 4 did not fit in to our plans John and his crew planted them in our backyard where we wanted to do some minor landscaping.

They were courteous and did exactly what I wanted them to do. I asked them to do a small correction after the work was done and they complied. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
