On extremely short notice, I burst in their door and they pretty much dropped everything to make this happen for me. They did an excellent job and when I presented these checks for an award at the ceremony an hour later, the kids were thrilled and the audience was wowed.

Dropped in with a small frame I'd bought elsewhere to have them put in a section of mirrored glass. Even though I'd bought frame at another store, they did the work happily and didn't charge me for anything - material or labor. Granted it only took about 5-8 minutes start to finish, and the glass was only about 4 inches square, nevertheless I appreciate their generosity. Many companies would NEVER pass up a chance to make a buck. Frame Warehouse clearly isn't greedy, which makes it much easier to trust them for other things. They have guaranteed my business for a much larger upcoming project.
