Fencing Service
HE GAVE ME A QUOTE, BUT HE WOULDN'T PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING, WHICH MADE ME ANGRY. I WAS SO DESPERATE TO HAVE THE WORK DONE THAT I LET HIM DO IT. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO RECONSTRUCT THE FOUNDATION OF THE POSTS, BUT HE DIDN'T. HE DID MAKE THE GATES FUNCTIONAL, BUT HE DIDN'T COMPLETE THE WORK AS HE HAD STATED.
