We have used company four times - fixing a toilet, fixing a shower drain, repairing a leaking bath tub, and replacing an old water heater and installing a new one. Jonathan was terrific, explained the problem each time and took care of them - including getting an extra part and coming right back to take care of the issue. Great service and wonderful can do attitude. Would highly recommend to any one. Service was prompt and price was very reasonable each time. Probably best home repair experience we have had.

This was an education for me and Mr. Jones explained the process. I got good service and an understanding of how problems happen and how to prevent a repeat. The Shower Pan was replaced by International Tile and Marble (under separate contract), who did a wonderful job. I highly recommend both companies.

Mr. Jones was very professional and courteous. He finished the job within the initial quote, was prompt, and went the extra mile. A few unexpected things crept up during our kitchen remodel, and Mr. Jones was more than accommodating. Our hot water heater pilot went out, and he came over almost immediately to relight it. A plumbing pipe in the ceiling needed to be moved for HVAC lines to be run, and he immediately took care of that problem, even enlisting a carpenter when necessary. Mr. Jones, his son, Jonathan, and wife, Joyce are very pleasant to work with, and we recommend them highly! They did an above and beyond excellent job!

If they make a mistake and you bring it to their attention, they immediately fix it. Sometimes it's hard to get them to come out. You have to call and wait a while. They are extremely honest, clean up after their work. They will talk with you about any problems and are very helpful. They always explain what and why they are doing things. They are really excellent. First time we had work done by him, he came out and replaced all the water pipes in the attic for bath upstairs. Next day he came - he came to me and said that I have a problem that I need to talk with you about. He said that he found out that he put in the wrong grade of copper that I had requested. He said I could replace it all with the grade that I wanted or just lower the cost. I told him that I researched copper and preferred that he replace it. He replaced it and it was not a problem at all. His honestly was outstanding. I would have never known he even made the mistake if he wouldn't have told me.
