Drain Pro

Bruce came to my house within 90 minutes of when I first called him. He was hesitant to take the job because it required attic access (not his favorite jobs anymore), but with some help from me, the clog was cleared in less than 30 minutes of his arrival. So far, the problem seems to be solved (12 hours later). The charge of $165 for 30 minutes (or less) of work seemed a bit high, but he came quickly and helped avoid further damage to my home, so it was worth it. The other plumber I called never even called me back, so I appreciate Bruce's professionalism.

I contacted Bruce on Thursday late afternoon. He showed up early the following morning. He had to clean the clean the water lines but let me know that it may be a temporary fix as there are problems with our plumbing system.

Bruce came right out after I called to unclog a kitchen drain. He was very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. Bruce then unclogged the drain and cleaned the pipes. Everything is working great now! I would recommend Bruce for any job, big or small!

Our crawlspace was gross. It had a thin sheet of plastic as a vapor barrier that did basically nothing. The insulation was all hanging down, and there was a lot of mold due to a previous water leak. It was dirty and had a musty smell. Everything went very smoothly. They removed the old plastic, treated and hand wiped all the mold, and tacked up all the insulation (some was replaced). The old plastic vents were replaced with ones that will automatically open and close depending on temperature. A cracked joist was replaced. Best of all the new heavy duty white barrier, which runs up the walls and makes the whole crawlspace light and clean. It is a true and quot;crawland quot; so its never fun to go in there, but it's really easy now. They did the whole job over two days and cleaned up nicely after themselves.

Could not have gone better. I called for an appointment and got his answering machine, which promises a call back in 15 minutes. I had to then run out, and by the time I returned, there were two messages from him. He got me on his schedule immediately, and was very accommodating. He did the jobs quickly, thoroughly, explained everything to me, and was done in an hour and 15 minutes! When he fixed the toilet, besides fixing some of the innards, he also replaced a feed line so there would be a good new seal, so I feel like he didn't just do the bare minimum. He was extremely professional, polite, and just great. I also asked him if a sink that sporadically dripped should be fixed. He tested it and said it was fine for now; so he is very honest and didn't try to do extra work that he didn't think necessary. I had delayed these repairs because I never had called a plumber before. Bruce came recommended by several colleagues and justly so. Had I known how well it would go, I would've called a lot sooner! I highly recommend Drain Pro and will definitely use him in the future.

Bruce arrived on time. Made the repair, and even replaced part of the water line feeding the toilet as a precaution. I was very pleased. This is a one person operation so you know who'll be in your home.

Bruce said he could meet me at this rental property within 1/2 hour of my phone call. When I arrived he was already there, had talked to the tenants and was digging up the access to the septic system. He perfectly pinpointed the access and dug up only the area needed to get it open. He augered the mainline, then checked to see that the toilet was flushing fully and investigated why the tub was not draining. He brought in his plumbers friend to plunge the tub and got it draining freely. He cleaned up all debris and splatter on the tub, put the toilet back together, filled in the hole in the yard and placed the sod back on top. He was friendly, pleasant, efficient and well priced.
