First formed as Envision Home Inspections in 2008, Carolinas Home Inspections has grown to be a preferred inspection company among many real estate companies, professionals, and happy homeowners from Lake Wylie to Lake Norman and beyond. Bill Boan has over 20 years experience building homes, both custom and volume, and is a licensed residential contractor. In addition to his inspector and contractor licenses, he is also a licensed real estate broker. He was certified through NEHA for radon measurement, and was also certified through ESA in mold inspections and air quality testing. He firmly believes that knowledge and experience are key components to provide his clients with the best possible service. Bill does his own inspections, and inspects every house as if it were his own. When you call, you are dialing him direct. and when you schedule an inspection, you will be getting him, not an "associate inspector". And because of his building experience in the geographical area, Bill understands the building standards, and how they have progressed/digressed over time. For the issues/problems he finds, he offers practical, common sense solutions and can direct you to the right people, if needed. Carolinas Home Inspections reports include digital, full color photographs of the issue/problem along with descriptions, and can be sent using pdf formats or can be printed and mailed. We generally only do 1 inspection per day. Clients are welcome to come if desired.
