The Office manager never did respond to my complaints regarding Judy Richardson's unethical business practices, nor did she ever return any of my calls after providing me the replacement realtor. It is obvious this office has only one priority and that is to make a profit. I am saddened by the decline in Allen Tate realty as I had used one of their realtors in 1998 and was provided excellent service. I plan to pursue a better business complaint against Judy Richardson and the Huntersville office.
