ALL SURFACE REFINISHING

Mr. Martin arrived on time and put out a good sales pitch.  I left to run some errands and when I returned he claimed he was done.  I could still see blue through the finish all over the tub and there was a big run in the paint on the back wall.  He tried to wipe off the run with made it worse, and touch up the thin spots with a spray can.  I finally had him re-coat the tub 4 more times and to this day I can still see blue in places.  He didn't mask off the bathroom so there was over spray on the walls.  He taped around the hardware instead of removing it.  He tried to persuade me into thinking the blue was my imagination then admitted he was color blind.  What a joke!

Mr. Martin seemed very skilled and knew what he was doing so I allowed him to patch 3 holes in our large tub in our master suite due to we were changing the faucet and no longer needed the two 1" holes on the opposite side of the tub and a smaller 1/4" whole. Mr Marting did what appeared to be a great job at first. Until about one month after he had finished I noticed a hair line crack where one of of the larger holes were. Upon investigating the crack I put a small amount of pressure on the crack and it became a 1/4" jagged whole. Myself and my wife both called Mr Martin several times over the past month and a half to have no return phone call. After finally calling Mr Martin late one evening from a different phone number and explaining to him who I was he said he would not repair it and hung up the phone, to then have no return phone call and no sign of him coming to fix it.
I would not reccomend All surface refinishing due to the fact that he does do good work and I understand everyone makes mistakes but I have given Mr Martin countless chances to retuen and fix his mistake and he has yet to do so. This site states that All Surface Refinishings' work is guaranteed and does include a warranty, well as you can see from my story it infact does not.

THEY CAME OUT TO RE-GLAZE THE BATHTUB. THEY TOLD ME NOT USE IT UNTIL THE NEXT EVENING. I DID AS HE INSTRUCTED. I WENT TO TAKE A SHOWER AND THE PAINT PUFFED UP AND WHEN I TOUCHED IT BUSTED OPEN. I CALLED AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. HE DIDN'T. SO 2 DAYS LATER I CALLED HIM AND TOLD HIM I HAD NOT HEARD FROM HIM. HE WANTED MORE TIME, BUT HADN'T CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN HE WAS COMING. THE PHONE CONVERSATION GOT A LITTLE HEATED. HE FINISHED SAYING THAT HE WOULD CALL BACK. HE STILL HASN'T CALLED. I CALLED AGAIN AND LEFT A MESSAGE.

ON TIME, EXCELLENT JOB. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN. THE IS PRICE LESS THAN COMPETITORS BY A LITTLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

RESURFACED MY BATHTUB, LIKE THEIR WORK, CAME BACK TO FIX A MINOR PROBLEM, SHOWED UP ON TIME.
