I do a ton of work from home, so it is extremely important to have a consistent internet connection. I recently decided to switch internet providers, but my computers didn't want to play along! The new service provider had a technician come out for over 4 hours and was still unable to resolve the issue. I called Adam to come out and take a look and he took care of it within an hour! Since he clearly knew what he was doing, I had him set up my wireless network too!
