WE CALLED THIS MORNING, JULY 22, 2011, A LITTLE BEFORE 8 AM AND LEFT A MESSAGE. WE RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT 8:15. WE TOLD HIM THE GAS PACK (AIR CONDITIONER) FOR THE BACK OF OUR HOUSE WAS NOT COOLING LIKE IT SHOULD. WE WERE TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR ! THE SERVICEMAN CALLED IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES AND CONFIRMED OUR ADDRESS/LOCATION AND SAID HE WOULD BE HERE ABOUT 9 AM. HE ARRIVED A FEW MINUTES BEFORE 9. HE CHECKED OUT OUR AIR CONDIDITONER, CLEANED EVERYTHING, INJECTED SOME FREON BECAUSE IT WAS ABOUT 1 LB LOW.. HE TOLD US THERE WAS A LEAK. HE PUT IN SOME SEALER AND SAID HE WOULD BE BACK IN ABOUT 4-5 DAYS TO CHECK ON IT. IF IT IS STILL LEAKING, THEN HE WILL ORDER A PART, WHICH WILL PROBABLY TAKE 3-7 DAYS.. HOWEVER, IT WILL NOW BE WORKABLE ALL THE TIME BECAUSE IF HE NEEDS TO TO MAINTAIN THE COOLNESS, HE WILL ADD SOME FREON ALONG UNTIL THE PART ARRIVES. I DON'T THINK ANY ONE COULD POSSIBLY BEEN HERE ANY QUICKER THAN THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE, VERY PUNCTUAL, AND EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. WE DID NOT MENTINO THIS IN OUR CONVERSATION WHEN WE CALLED FOR SERVICE, BUT GETTING COOL AIR IS SOMELHING I NEED.. I HAVE A LUNG DISEASE, AND IT MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO BREATHE WITHOUT THE AIR CONDITIONING. THE HEAT, AND ESPECIALLY THE HUMIDIT,Y MAKE MY BREATHING VERY DIFFICULT SO THEIR SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING ! ACTUALLY, THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES DESERVICE A TRIPLE A+ !
Description of Work: OUR AIR GAS PACK FOR THE BACK OF OUR HOME WAS NOT SUFFICIENTLY COOLING THE BACK. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES CAME BEFORE PROMISED TIME. HE CLEANED THE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT AND FOUND THAT THE FREON WAS 1 LB LOW. IT ONLY HOLDS 3 LBS. HE INJECTED FREON AND EXPLAINED THERE WAS A LEAK. HE PLACED SOME SEALER IN THE UNIT WHICH GAVE US IMMEDIATE COOL AIR AGAIN. HE SAID HE WOULD RETURN IN 4-5 DAYS TO CHECK ON THE UNIT. IF HE COMES, AND IT IS BARELY NOTICEABLE, THEN GOOD. HOWEVER, IF IT HAS LOST A CONSIDERABLE AMOUN T OF FREON, HE WILL ORDER US A PART. THAT PART WILL TAKE 3-7 DAYS, SO HE WILL INJECT OUR UNIT AS NEED BE TO KEEP IT COOLING UNTIL THE PART ARRIVES. YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS SERVICE !
