The carpet looks nice but it took several hours to dry after the cleaning. I think I will try a company that does not use steam cleaning next time.

Mr. Bob was awesome. he is so personable and extremely professional but also "down to earth." Bob is very knowledgable about what he does. He was right on time and very efficient, he explained everything about what was going to happen before hand so we were aware. Bob quoted me a price for my entire house (3 bedrooms, living/dining, and small hallway) and once all was done it was nothing more than his quote. Bob was very thorough but also quick. I would absolutely recommend his service. I will NEVER pay anyone else.

Bob came the same day I called him, thoroughly examined my 19" long sectional & provided a detailed quote onsite. We scheduled the job & he came on time, carefully protected my floor & performed the cleaning & stain guard treatment in a professional and courteous manner. Bob, showed up on time, He was courteous, competent, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. He was very careful with his work and provided clear advice as to getting things ready and, after the work was done, steps to take to ensure the best long term results. He was timely and gracious.
