Ben Parmer, dba, Crystal Coast Roofing was contacted in the spring of 2010 to replace our aging asphalt roof, replace any rotted wood, and install a new rubber roof covering. In April of 2011 I noticed that the plywood underneath the rubber roof was starting to pop. I called Ben Parmer and left a message that there were some issues with the roof and that the plywood sheeting was coming loose. He returned my call within a few minutes and immediately began yelling and calling me names. Despite the fact that the contract clearly stated, "All work guaranteed for ten years," he claimed that if the roof was not leaking it was not covered. I plan on taking him to court over the roof because of his shoddy workmanship and failure to fulfill a legal and binding contract. I would highly recommend that if you need roof work STAY AWAY from BEN PARMER and CRYSTAL COAST ROOFING.Kent S. Jacksonville, NC
