They succeeded where two other local plumbing companies failed and did it in under an hour. Very professional and personable. They're now my contact for all plumbing issues.

I discovered water flooding the yard and called Boots as they were great with a backed up sewage line last year. They responded that same afternoon and started digging and advised that my water line was rusted out and split with age and that it needed to change out the line from the meter to the house. They replaced the line, the meter box and added a shut off valve closer to the house. All this after they had to re-rout the line as it was impossible to work around some large tree roots, They had water restored within about 24hrs - and even replanted my bush they had to remove next to the house. These folks are the only ones I'll ever call for plumbing work!!

Boot's plumbing came out within the hour upon calling.  The technician repaired the small leak in the refrigerator feed line and rerouted the shut off valve to a more accessible place,  under the sink.  Outstanding customer service, quick response and at a reasonable price.

When these two appear they get it right away. They were thorough professional and very friendly. Made the repairs got the area squared away explained what they had to do and why and that was it. I would definately utilize their skills again.

I have used this company three times now. First time, my kitchen sink was leaking and they fixed very quickly. Secondi time, my hot water heater needed repair and again they fixed the problem quickly and third time, toilet needed repair and again it was done in a quick and professional manner. I will use them again. Very professional, reasonable rates.

I called on Thursday the 24th, desperate for help, and the first appointment available wasn't until Tuesday the 29th. I asked if they had a cancellation would they please call me. On Friday the 25th they called at around 9:30am to say they could be at my home around 11:30am. They called before coming to let me know they would be here around 11:30. Showed up on time, listened to my problems and started working. They repaired the first bathroom for me and then checked out the shower in second. Also checked the pipes, both inside the house and under the house. Went into crawl space to look for pipes leaking under house. Discovered that the shower in second bathroom had not been chaulked properly by the contractor that did the work. Gave me suggestions as to how to fix the problem, which I can chaulk it myself! They were here for at least an hour, if not more. Told me if I discovered any more problems just call. They fixed and cleaned up after themselves, spent time searching for other problems and still only charged me $95.00 for the work and time. I will definitely call them in the future and I will recommend them highly. Professional and courteous. I am single and rely heavily on the honesty of what tradesmen tell me I need to have done. They did not try to perform any unnecessary work or to overcharge me. Very nice people.

When we stopped them from coming here, we also stopped them from coming to our rental. It is really hard to get someone in this area to come out and know what they do and be able to trust them. I don't know if it is because it is a military town. They came out several times for the same problem and that's why I had some concern. They had previously replaced a water heater and that was $550. They came here because we had a leak from the bathroom upstairs to the den downstairs and they worked on it and worked on it. They cut a hole in the back wall to get to the fixture. They worked and worked and worked. Every time they came out it cost. The house was built in the 1970's and it was trickling through the sliding glass door and they couldn't figure that out but I'm a silly old housewife and I figured that out. He has argued with me in my own house and called me a liar with my husband standing here. I told him not to come to my door or go to my rental. I didn't compare their prices. I would never use them again.

They were super professional, were in and out of there in about 2 and half hours. Super quick response time and a fair price. I was impressed they showed up so quickly and did the work on the spot.

We bought a vanity that just barely didn't fit with our plumbing. Rather than cut down the drawers or return the vanity, my wife wanted to at least get an estimate to move the plumbing. I called a few companies and Boots told me that they could get there that day, but just for an estimate. The guy got there around 2:00 PM, looked at it quickly and told me that he was pretty sure that he could just put a curved pipe in and it would worm itself around our vanity drawer. I asked when he could do it and he said, "I'll go get the parts and do it right now." He was done within an hour and everything fit perfectly. I will definitely be calling them back when I'm ready to install plumbing for my double basin sink.

I called and the two gentlemen came within a few hours. They made a quick assessment that the water heater was in fact leaking from a broken tank and began removing the old tank while I ran to the store to grab an upgraded (larger) water heater. They offloaded when I got back, installed it, op checked it and explained to me what they had done.
