I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They were hired by my Warrenty company to fix my Washer. When they left the Machine did not work at all. I tried calling umerous times leaving voicemail after voicemail. They never responded to my calls. I had to submit another claim to have my Washer repaired.

They do terrible customer service. They are lazy. We had 3 different visits from them because the fourth visit was supposed to be 9-5 Friday for them to hopefully finally fix it bc they havent in 3 visits. I waited all day. No one came or called. I called and left msg and they called me back while I was on speaker with Lowe's. AppTech said there was no service order for them to come. Lowe's heard their lies. Lady from AppTech was rude and said they fixed my washer. They did not! It still violently shakes. All they do is come put a level on it and level it each time and say that's why its shaking. I said each person that comes levels it. That's not the problem! It gets unlevel from shaking so much if it was even unlevel in the first place. I wait for them all day thr past 3 times they came and they come around 4:30pm and stay about 5 min and leaves. They don't go into the washer at all! Mark who came last time with a woman who never spoke a word were rude and told me pretty much I didnt know what i was talking about and that leveling one leg 3/4" fixed it. I told them I would be calling them back to fix it being it's under warranty with Lowes and we were stuck with AppTech because I know it's still broken. They said it's fixed. Well after the no show the 4th scheduled visit Lowes has scheduled me with another company. I hope AppTech goes out of business because they have terrible rude customer service and they dont fix anything.
