When another vet neutered my dog he screwed up and did a poor and unprofessional job. He removed a tumor and did not send the tissue sample to a lab. He did not install drains and my dog was dripping blood and other fluids. My dog developed a severe infection.
It took some time for corrective treatment and repairs to the original surgery. The results were successful.
On a previous visit a technical cleaned my dogs ears. On every visit after that when my dog saw that technician he wanted to go to her and press his head into her leg.
This is a great vet.

I like their friendliness. They try to make my pets so calm, as my little one gets all agitated and they are very calming with them. They are very professional and they are very up on their treatment. They e-mail and the text as reminders. They send me postcards. They are great for regular stuff; but I have called before when my dog got stepped on and they had 20 minutes left to work and they said that no you have to go to the emergency doctor. So we had to go to another animal hospital, of which the cost was three times as much as it would have been.

When I first walked in I could tell they were really busy. The lady at the counter wasn't the best, but the rest of the staff made up for her. The waiting room is split into two parts by the desk, one side for cats, one side for dogs, which is awesome because my dog freaks when he sees a cat. There were quite a few walk-ins while I was there, I had an appointment, and they still got me in a room within a few minutes of my appointment time. I loved the assistants, they were so nice, and actually seemed to have an interest in my dog, instead of just doing their job. It took the a bit to find my records and the lady at the desk was obviously annoyed, but the Dr. personally went and handled it herself, which I thought was pretty cool. The Dr. was awesome, she was very gentle with him. The main complaint I have was the pricing. They didn't even give me an estimate before they did everything, which is fine, I was planning to spend more than a normal visit, but some kind of warning is nice, but if I was on a tight budget I would have wanted an estimate. But overall it was a good experience. I was very pleased.
