About us
I have 30 years experience in the home improvement and maintenance business. I like to meet with you in person, if possible, to see what you'd have me do. It is a free service for the initial estimate. I usually work alone and am paid by cash or check. I charge by the hour or an agreed upon sum. Small jobs are payment upon completion. For larger jobs, I am flexible and will work out terms of payment, time frame of job, priorities, etc. These will be put in writing.
