I called to get the water softener installed in late February of 2014 because the water was getting harder as time went on. Derrick was sent to the house to install the softener himself. I enjoyed meeting him. He installed and set everything up for me in very short order. He told me what kind of salt pellets to buy, and to let him know if the salt disappeared too quickly. Very shortly it was obvious that that was the case, so I asked him to return to "turn it down" a bit. After a bit of phone and house tag, Derrick was able to adjust the softener, and things are going great.

Everything went great. The Sawyers are expert well-drillers and pump installers. They even were thoughtful enough to include a faucet inside the well housing so we could use our hose and get untreated well water for our outdoor uses (Plants, car washes, etc.). Very personable group of people.
