Builddwell, inc. is a local family run company that specializes in custom building projects that require a hands on approach to home building and restoration. We have kept our company small by design to allow us to focus on the individual needs of our clients. We believe true sustainability is achieved by an attention to detail and craftsmanship as well as the use of sustainable materials. We strive to make all our projects as green as possible, but we understand not everyone can afford an ”Uber green” home. We will work with you to customize the level of green for your project. We also offer a Green home incentive discount program based on the level of certification you achieve in several Green building certification programs. If you are looking for increasing your efficiency, remodeling or restoring your current home, we have considerable experience in all these areas of construction. We take pride in our work and it shows in the finished product. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you with your next project.

It is generally understood that having major work done your house is a frustrating process. It's loud, messy, disruptive, and usually goes way over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with BuildDwell. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. 
Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from a cramped space into our dream house. 
I highly, highly recommend BuildDwell!
