Creech Solutions For Construction LLC

They are doing major work for us. We found out that the whole front of the house was just waiting to fall down and this is a 4,500 square foot house. We were blessed to fine them! They are still doing the work. The trusses in front of the house had been cut, and instead of supporting the ends of the trusses sufficiently, they had toe nailed a 2 X 4 to each piece of the truss. And then toe nailed that to an unsupported 2 X 4. Something that had no foundation under it. About a third of the front of the house including the fireplace. That is how we got them, because we were getting some leakage around the chimney. It took the structural engineer a while to try and figure out how to fix what they could see. Then they went back up into the attic and found more problems. So, the structural engineer had to go back to work on those, modified his work and then they had to bring in some mason. Then he gave us an estimate. He was very clear, that the estimate was only an estimate. The estimate was free, except for the structural engineer. I think he was about $2,000. But, he is very good! We have used him before too. Creech is extremely professional! I have refferred them!

They were thorough in addressing all site issues and assessing problems we did not foresee on a financial and logistical level. Not only did he treat us fairly, he went above and beyond the scope of work to bring us high-quality images and high-caliber, detailed drawings of our project. He and his staff were prompt in their stated arrival time, and called ahead to let us know they were coming for a survey which was important to me. Sam Creech is easy to speak with and has an amiable personality; I highly recommend using this company for all of your construction needs.

Contacted Sam because we were having some problems with water sweating down the chimney in sunny, hot weather and messing up the sheet rock on the ceiling. Sam came out very quickly, after I contacted him, and looked at the problem and started working on a solution. That was just one piece of th home construction that we were working on. He made several trips out to our house, which was about an hour away from his location, and assisted us in working out a remedy for the problem. Since I was working as my own GC and subbing out the pieces, he worked as an advisor and assisted in obtaining contractors for the necessary work on the roof and ceiling. There was a problem with the way the house was built initially as there wasn't enough space between the ceiling, insulation and roof to allow for the proper air flow. Inserted some baffles cut the sheet rock around the chimney about a foot out from the edges. This was left open and insulation was installed in the open area along with the baffles. We then added a Tand G ceiling on top of the remaining sheet rock. Hopefully this will remedy the situation, we won't know for sure until it turns hot again. Will advise further if the fix wasn't successful. The contractors that Sam assisted in obtaining did a great job and I would use them again too.

He seems to know what he is talking about. He's very thoughtful and seems to be very thorough.
