We called on April1 and told to bring the can in April 2before 5:30 and they would fix it the next day, We dropped it off early and got the call that day telling us what it needed. We were very pleased the car was repaired on time and we were even told to drop by in about a week so he could put the car up on the rack to make sure the seal was tight enough. The cost was less then my husband had expected and they did not try to sell us anything extra for this 15 year old Jeep;

It has been my experience that in most repair situations the shop replaces parts until the device works, and the consumer pays for everything, even parts that may not have needed to be replaced.
Not so with at The Complete Auto Repair Zone! Todd called me to inform me of the situation. He said that they had misdiagnosed the computer failure, and would absorb the cost of the device, chalking it up to a learning experience! I asked if the computer was returnable and he told me that it wasn't, and I was the proud owner of a new computer at his expense. Call me jaded, but this kind of honesty and integrity seems to be unusual in this day and age.
The Complete Auto Repair Zone does excellent work, charges reasonable fees for service, and above all, displays a work ethic far superior to most. They will always have my business and I will do everything I can to convince others to give them a try.

I've been using them for a while now. I would not think to go anywhere else. They are great!

After getting a quote from another dealer, I figured Carz would be a good comparison, and they were. I have used them for other services and have been content. After seeing how much less they charged I believe they will be my first quote for any service.

They are excellent. They are nice people and honest, I am accustomed to them. They are always reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.
