Their prices were fair. They came when they said they would. I would hire them again.

This is an update to my original review. As I originally stated, the work was done well and mostly to my specifications in October of last year. I am posting this update because I had two, now three azalea bushes that died. I had many planted, but of the specific variety, 3 out of 8 died. I have been in communication (mostly me calling) to get the bushes replaced; an expectation that I would have in the first year. Response to my request was vague and, after several calls on my part, I have been told that they will not be replaced because it was due to the harsh winter. This is an unacceptable response and I will not use this landscaper again.

We bought the house and knew that we would need to spend money on landscaping because the property had been neglected. We got more than one estimate. All were about the same price, but Busy Bee was able to come sooner than other landscaping companies. They were delayed by a week or two, mostly due to the weather, finishing another job. Ed and his crew worked and got the job done in about two weeks. He came to check on the job almost every day, when he wasn't doing the specific work. Busy Bee planted 18 flowering azaleas, a Japanese maple and other plants that complemented the bushes, along the front of the house. They spent time cutting some scrub trees and doing a lot of trimming of existing bushes, opening up the areas in the yard that were overgrown, so the mature plantings would be visible. The thing I liked best was Ed's accessibility and on-site supervision. He would check in with us to make sure he was doing the job as we wanted. All plants are doing well and I will have a beautiful yard come spring.

He came out 2-3 times to make sure the problem was solved. He also tended to our garden out front too. I would recommend him to anyone who needs landscaping.

They scraped the lawn, leveled it off. They sodded the front part and seeded the back part. I liked the price and the quality of their work. There was nothing I disliked.

Estimate was prompt. It was a few weeks before work started, but the job was completedin two days andwe are very pleased with the very attractive and low maintenance results.

Ed is absolutely fantastic. I called his company to get our yard mowed and weed-trimmed after my husband hurt his ankle. Ed's crew came out that same week and did a fantastic job during working hours - for an acre size lot it was $70. He came by on Saturday to collect his money, while he was here, we asked his opinion on landscaping for our yard. So, he walked us through the yard pointing out all of our issues, and what could be done to correct them. (We have a sloping yard with drainage issues). He understood our budget and worked within it. Although he was delayed over a week to get started (due to the fact it rained every single day), he gave us a re-schedule date, and stuck to it. The entire project lasted 2 full days. Our yard was immaculate after his crew left. He even seeded/strawed bare spots in the yard where we had trees taken out by a different tree service company. He did everything he said he was going to do (and more), and it looks great. After the job was complete, he came back again Saturday morning to collect -- we didn't need to be at home for any of the project. We probably could have gotten estimates from other companies to get a rock bottom price, however, we felt Ed's service was top-notch, and we will definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Ed!

Ed's crew tore out old stumps to put down brick pavers, really enlarging the size of the patio. The brick work is beautiful. They built new steps, with timbers and pavers, replaced rotting timbers in a retaining wall, built stone planters and a retaining wall. Came every day that they were supposed to and did an outstanding job. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and feel that Ed has given us a whole new outdoor living space.

Ed also worked at my fiance's house this year and did an outstanding job, clearing property that was overgrown and hadn't been touched in several years. My fiance couldn't say enough good things about Ed or his crew.

Busy Bee Landscaping did a good job. They were very timely. They are very personable and they tell you what it costs and that is what he means.

I'm a senior citizen and they came out and took care of everything for me. I was very pleased with the work they did and the price they charged. I will use them again when it is needed.
