Contractor did not honor warranty and was negligent in installation. Still under investigation by the NC State Licensing Board for Contractors (as of 7-5-18). Phone records, emails, Facebook records (posts, reviews, messaging) show attempts to contact months before before warranty expired on 10-26-17 (date system became operational). Have been without a fully functioning system since 5-29-18 -- the system failed only 18 months after install! Such arrogance!

Everything went smooth considering building a house in the winter time with shorter hours and colder weather is never easy. We started in Sept/August of 2013 and got our CO in March of 2014. They didn't run into any problems that weren't a easy fix,or anything they couldn't handle or fix real quick. Me and my wife are both happy with the layout of the land and house.
