Besides some issues with communication, they did a good job; other than that I would have given 5 stars for customer service. The crew that installed the roof was polite and the roof looks great. We had several leaks before our new roof was installed, and after the new rood was installed we had heavy rain, but the roof did not leak. The new roof was put to the test and did great, so that tells me that the crew did a good job putting up the new roof.

Price was good, quality of work poor, found over 25 roofing screws in my driveway after they left. Asked Glen (foreman) to correct blatant alignment, and was told it couldn't be done. Company should probably stick to siding.

First of all, the crew showed up unannounced and without being scheduled. That should have been my first red flag! However, I allowed them to start project. It took 2 days to do 95% of the roof when they ran out of roofing before completion. Two days passed and no one came back to finish. I called the office and they sent someone the next day. At this point, I was somewhat satisfied. Two weeks later I was on the roof to blow leaves off when I noticed a nail shot through the roof where none was needed-accidental, I guess? This got me to looking closer and finding several other mistakes and short cuts that were taken. A joint in the shingles that wasn't properly covered by next layer of shingle. Two nail heads showing that should have been sealed with tar. Starter shingles on the perimeter of roof that does not go all the way to the corners of roof. And, the drip mounding that was applied was not done properly at one area on the front of house. After numerous calls to the office over several weeks afterward, there has been no resolve. I have sent pictures of the shoddy work to the manager at Omega, but I've only gotten empty promises that someone would come correct the problems. I am guessing that I will have to complete the repairs myself and as anyone can guess, I'm very dissatisfied.

You'll have to be persistent and/or patient when you try to call. The person who handled our job never answere our call--we had to leave messages, but he always got back to us eventually and answere all our questions and accomodated our requests. The crew arrived early and worked late. They were polite and friendly. We are pleased with the job they did.

I hade vinyl siding installed I am pleased with the work and the fact that they replaced my gutters after they were taken from my yard and I was compensated for the window screens that were damaged. The only issues were the time it took 5 days to finish and most of the time there was only 1 guy working on my house and 3 of my solar lights were broken

The crew of 3 was done in 2 days.

The OMEGA crew performed a great job in the installation of the Asphalt shingles.on my house. The crew arrived each day on time and made an extra effort to ensure that flower beds were protected from damage. Rick provided oversight on the project. His knowledge in his field was exceptional He provided information that made the selection of OMEGA for the project an easy one. It was great to work with him. Thanks

What we expected and more they are great thanks

Rick and Tony were exceptionally knowledgable, informative, professional and sincere. Rapid estimate that beat the competiton easily without compromise and haggling, Omegas's crew was very tidy, thorough and courteous. Our roof is fairly large, with a great deal of landscaping to work around. You wouldn't even know they had been here except for the Gorgeous New Roof!!

Fast puting sidang Up. A Few scuff marks which we called about and they will be replacing shortly. Rick was really easy to deal with!

The quality of work done was great. They kept a clean workspace and the clean up after was good. I gave them a low rank on customer service for the following: When the roof was finished, they left before we knew it was finished. As the home owner, I would have liked to walk the property and address any concerns with the team lead before they left. Communication during all three days was very poor.

Very professionally done. Roof replaced in just over a day.

Workers were on site on time and worked well. Cleanup after the job could have been better.

I liked the work they did. Done in one day, clean up was great. The workers were also kind and did a great job too. They work with the home owners too.
