I found Karama to be very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and competent.  I do not like bringing people I don't know into my home but his bearing and presentation put me at ease.  Karama was very responsive.  I left him a message over the weekend and he called back Monday morning and scheduled a time to come by later the same day to diagnose the problem.  He didn't have time to fix it right then but scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning.  He arrived promptly for both scheduled times and called to let me know he was en route.  He explained the issue and what he needed to do to fix it.  He explained that a different receiver do a lot more for me but did not try to sell it.  After he corrected the problem with my speakers I asked him to help me with the cover of the smart panel in my closet.  The wires and clutter had become too much for me to manage over the years as equipment was added/replaced and I couldn't get the cover back on over the spaghetti bowl of wires.  He worked at it, managed to identify a few cords that were no longer in use and got the cover back on.  I am very pleased with the service and the cost.  I will not hesitate to call him again if I need help with any computer or home theater issues, and I will recommend him to friends.
