Had our A/C unit replaced by Jimmy Hall Heating/Air Conditioning. They were very punctual, fast, affordable and cheap. They cleaned up all the trash and took old unit with them.

We called Jimmy Hall because our AC was not blowing cool air for several days after we got back from vacation. We had used them before without any issues. I called and explained the problem and asked if someone could come out the next day (it was 4:00pm so I did not expect them to come out the same day). After being told that they would call before they came, the conversation ended. I waited all day the next day. I waited all day the day after that ( I believe this was a Friday). Finally, I called that afternoon only to be told that due to high call volume they wouldn't be able to make it out until Tuesday at the earliest. If I had been told that originally, I would not have been upset. I understand that things get busy. They should have had the professional courtesy to explain that the first time I talked to them.
