+ -1 moreHad our A/C unit replaced by Jimmy Hall Heating/Air Conditioning. They were very punctual, fast, affordable and cheap. They cleaned up all the trash and took old unit with them.
Description of Work: Had new A/C unit installed.

+ -1 moreWe called Jimmy Hall because our AC was not blowing cool air for several days after we got back from vacation. We had used them before without any issues. I called and explained the problem and asked if someone could come out the next day (it was 4:00pm so I did not expect them to come out the same day). After being told that they would call before they came, the conversation ended. I waited all day the next day. I waited all day the day after that ( I believe this was a Friday). Finally, I called that afternoon only to be told that due to high call volume they wouldn't be able to make it out until Tuesday at the earliest. If I had been told that originally, I would not have been upset. I understand that things get busy. They should have had the professional courtesy to explain that the first time I talked to them.
