Very friendly on the phone, answered questions and gave a price for complete work right away.Got same day appointment for non emergency work. Phoned in before arrival making sure it was ok to even come earlier than agreed on. Went right to work, but added 10 Dollars for valve that needed to be added. Do not think they cost that much but he was fast and friendly. I asked him to give me a minute for cleaning behind the old dishwasher that he pulled out and he gave a helping hand. After installing the new under the counter dishwasher he even cleaned up after himself, including fingerprints on the dishwasher and water spills on the floor. Was very pleased and I would definitely call them again. Cheaper than some of the other places that I called. Do not think he charged more for distance.
